About
After struggling with her own issues becoming pregnant, exercising during pregnancy and navigating her recovery, Lindsay struggled to find the information she needed to help her rebuild herself. Lindsay had always been athletic but struggled to find information on what she should be doing and left her with so many questions unanswered. Because those questions went unanswered, that led to urinary incontinence, pelvic pain and other issues in the 12 months postpartum. She struggled with baby blues, postpartum depression and felt like she was lost. This got her to thinking.....there has to be a better way. After digging relentlessly for information she found a mentor and studied to become a Prenatal & Postpartum Athleticism Coach specializing in women's fitness. The Wellness Barn was born!!! Lindsay's goal is to help women in all stages of life who crave that same knowledge and comfort of their own bodies, taking charge of their pregnancies through education and fitness and breaking the stigma of the female body.
